It’s real and painful, even when it’s in the virtual world.
Death is not a bad thing. Especially when the body is not going to moulder.
KLICKSTORY, the image blog, has breathed its last. Post 152 is the final one, before it disappears into oblivion.
The body will still be here, forever, for people to examine and make their observations. Or for those who wish to comeback and have a look whenever they want to. Or maybe a post-mortem. There won’t be any new posts, anymore.
Started on 26th June 2007, the final Post count of KLICKSTORY stands at 152.
KLICKSTORY never stuck to the initial promise it made. That of visuals with ‘a little twist’. Gradually it became just an image site with wavering visual quality. Some were stunning, most of them average.
In the long run the spirit behind KLICKSTORY, the one which was the real force behind it ran out on it. Memories remain, but the spirit is gone. The person is there, but not the support. We became I. And the blog has walked into nothingness.
No, we don’t believe in second life. For there’s no ‘we’ left, it’s just ‘me’. And the living memories of a dead blog.
Thanks to all the ‘unknowns’, ‘knowns’, 2 ‘followers’ and the ‘one’.
